Pre-season tax letter

Tax Year 2026 Updates

Dear Valued Client,

As we prepare for the upcoming 2026 tax filing season, I want to thank you for allowing me to assist with your tax planning and preparation. My goal is to make the filing process as smooth, accurate, and stress-free as possible.

Use this 2025 Tax Organizer as a starting point, update the information by filling in the PDF and save to your computer and upload with your documents.

Use Guest Portal Login link then select Guest Exchange (on the right).

I will be notified each time files are uploaded.

  1. Gather Your Documents: To  make things easier, I’ve included a link to an organizer with a blank  checklist, personal information sheet and questionnaire. Download the PDF, fill in your information, save to your computer to upload or bring with your tax documents.
  2. Upload Your Documents Securely: If you do not need to meet with me, you may upload your documents directly to the client portal (SecureFilePro using GUEST or Verifyle request an initial invite).
  3. If you choose to e-mail your information, please take steps to ensure security (i.e., password protecting documents, etc.). The portal(s) are my first choice.
  4. Tax documents may be mailed to: 2945Terra Verde Lane Oakley, CA 94561, please use tracking and send duplicates.
  5. Schedule for an in-Person Appointment:  I’m available for appointments at my Bethel Island office (6163 Bethel  Island Rd), by appointment. Please note, no mail delivery at this  address.
